Pity of an ending. Spong was looking uncommonly fast for a heavyweight and Gogishvili, who was probably regretting eating an entire buffalo before the fight, was going to have his hands full, too.
A nice win for Spong that shown to be much faster than the undefeated David who was totally out of shape finishing the first round without gas. Spong fought at the right distance considering that his rival was southpaw and a hard puncher
