  1. this guy is solid. has shown versatility also against opposition he should beat. toughtest opponent motto he won clearly in a good battle he is improving ad i think ready for other prospets like spence winner gets title shot. or one more step up vs bound or van herden

    • I agree, he won against a credible guy, but can defy the upper echelon fighters. He seems to have the tools, and he has a popular backing.

  2. Nice fight, Vasquez is building his popularity. The Mexican was very game, but in my opinion had a few pounds too many on his body. 3 stars and a half :)

  6. Vasquez did very well in terms of keeping the distance for using his reach advantage. However, in round 4 he was able to really beat Lopez in the short distance too. He is a fast boxer with very solid technical tools who has a good future in this sport indeed. I really like him very much.
