The level is equivalent of that found in D-class fights in Europe (D-class is beginners)!!
It’s definitely not the “Fight the year”. I assure you that these fighters are no beginners. Ky Hollenbeck standup seems unpolished due to his aggressionin this fight and technique came secondary. It seems that he has studied Cyrus. Cyrus is never much of a counter fighter. Cyrus, most of the time, need space for his flashy kicks due to his Taekwondo background. He has fought in the Kings Cup, Lumpinee to name a few. Ha has faced Holzken, “Superstar” form China and this guy.. :-)
Its fight of the year because hes knocking out a black guy. Thats the thinking that went behind the choice.
