A big thank to Mattsnow for sharing another excellent fight involving the ultimate boxing showman, Emanuel Augustus! Rounds 11 and 12 are especially entertaining! Unfortunately, Augustus got stolen again by the judges… The sad story of his career.

I saw these 2 fight on separate cards in Smyrna TN one time. Augustus lost but should’ve won,and Reid fought Roy Bohanon. Watching Augusts is a craftsman’s dream. If he could’ve maintained that kind stamina round after round,and had a bigger punch, he could’ve been champion a few times over.
And he was entertaining, remember all the fights where he danced? :)
