Review: 2014-03-29, the fight between Kem Sitsongpeenong and Victor Nagbe gets three stars thanks to a good finish. Kem Sitsongpeenong entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 121-23-4 and he is ranked as the No.3 welterweight in the world, he has already fought twice in 2014 losing the first bout against Vitaly Gurkov (fight valid for the WBC super welterweight title) but then he defeated Toby Smith at Max Muay Thai 6 (=Kem vs Smith).
His opponent, Victor Nagbe, has an official record of 38-15-1 and he entered as the No.7 in the same weight class, he is just 19 years old (ten years younger than Kem) and last year he arrived to the final of “MAX Muay Thai 2013 – 67 kg tournament” but he lost to Saketdao Phetpayathai (=Nagbe vs Saketdao). 2014 K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Cristiane Cyborg Santos vs Jorina Baars – full fight Video
Review: 2014-03-28, exciting back and forth battle between Cris Cyborg Santos and Jorina Baars: it is close to get four stars. Cristiane ‘Cyborg’ Santos Justino entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 2-0-0 (12-1-0 in mma), last year she came back to fight in a muay thai bout (after his first fight in 2006) beating Jennifer Colomb in three exciting rounds (=Cyborg vs Colomb).
Her opponent, the undefeated Jorina Baars, has an official record of 35-0-3 and she was muay thai world champion twice, but her last muay thai bout was in 2011, since then he started fighting in mma but her record is not one of the best ones: 1 victory and 3 losses. Cris ‘Cyborg’ Justino vs Baars is valid for the women’s welterweight Lion Fight title; undercard of Gregory Choplin vs Marco Pique – Lion Fight 14. Watch the video and rate this fight!
2014 best K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Juri Kehl vs Jordan Watson – full fight Video
Review: 2014-03-01, good start, some nice shots and one of the best knockouts of the year: Juri Kehl vs Jordan Watson gets four stars! Juri Kehl entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 47-7-0 and he is ranked as the No.14 super welterweight in the world while Jordan Watson has an official record of 41-10-2 (19 knockouts) and he entered as the No.11 in the same weight class; on the original fight card Watson was expected to face Juri’s brother, Enriko Kehl, but he has forced to withdraw from the bout due to a cut from his previous fight held just one week before (the semifinal of the K-1 World MAX: Kehl vs Campbell). Both Juri Kehl and Watson last year fought and lost against Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong via decision (at MAX Muay Thai). Kehl vs Watson is the main event of “Siam Warriors: Revolution on Leeside”. 2014 best K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Yodsanklai Fairtex vs Keo Rumchong – full fight Video
Review: 2014-02-22, if a woman had a similar reaction (look at the picture), probably the fight between Yodsanklai Fairtex and Keo Rumchong was not so friendly…Muay Thai is already one of the toughest sport in the world but if in addition the two fighters don’t use normal boxing gloves and they use just some rope around their hands (like in the ancient muay thai: “Kaad Chuek” or “Kard Chuek” style fight), the bout could be brutal and savage, and it was! Both fighters seem full of rage (look at what Rumchong tried to do when the first round had already finished…) and they exchanged shot for shot, mostly elbows, in one of the craziest and exciting fights we have ever seen: Yodsanklai Fairtex vs Keo Rumchong is a candidate for Fight of the Year 2014 and it gets five stars. Yodsanklai Fairtex entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 188-71-4 and he is ranked as the No.3 middleweight in the world while his opponent, Keo Rumchong from Cambodia, has an official record of 86-8-5. Yodsanklai comes off 11 consecutive wins after having suffered his last defeat in 2011 when he faced Artur Kyshenko (=Kyshenko vs Fairtex, fight rated 4 stars). Watch the video and rate this fight!
2013 best K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Bovy vs Chainoi Worawut – full fight Video
Review: 2013-08-04, fantastic muay thai fight with three knockdowns and some amazing wild exchanges, but both fighters showed also some beautiful and effective clinch techniques. Unfortunately the final of the fight between Bovy and Chainoi was not as exciting as the whole bout if not it could be a real candidate for Muay Thai Fight of the Year 2013 and could get five stars, but Bovy vs Chainoi still remains a must-see!
Bovy Sor Kor Suhaigym (red trunks) entered this fight with a professional muay thai record of 65-14-2 while Chainoi Worawut (blue trunks) has an official record of 50-10-0. Bovy vs Chainoi was selected as one of the top five bouts in contention for Channel 7 Stadium fight of the year 2013 (award won by Satanfaa Sagami vs Chokpreecha Gor Sagunchuea, fight we rated three stars). 2014 K-1 MUAY THAI fight – Toby Smith vs Kem Sitsongpeenong – full fight Video
Review: 2014-02-16, technical fight with some nice elbows but the fight was not so spectacular: Kem Sitsongpeenong vs Toby Smith gets two stars. Kem Sitsongpeenong entered this fight with a professional kickboxing record of 120-23-4 (41 knockouts) and he is ranked as the No.3 welterweight in the world, he fought six times in 2013 winning five bouts, the only fight he didn’t win was against Jordan Watson (fight ended in a draw). But 2014 has not started very well for the Thai fighter since he lost his last bout and his WBC Muaythai world super welterweight title against Vitaly Gurkov (not a great fight, we rated it two stars).
His opponent, Toby Smith, has an official record of 33-5-2 (9 knockouts) and he entered as the No.3 super welterweight, he is one of Australia’s most promising muay thai fighters since he is just 20 years old and he managed to win the WPMF junior middleweight world title and in his last fight he defeated Thongchai Sitsongpeenong (Lumpinee Stadium welterweight champion). Kem vs Smith is the main event of “MAX Muay Thai 6: Zhengzhou”. Watch the video and rate this fight!

His opponent comes from Thailand, Thongchai Sitsongpeenong, has an official record of 87-40-0 and he entered as the No.4 super welterweight, he is just 18 years old (eleven years younger than Pinca) but last year he won the Lumpinee Stadium welterweight title!!
