Official highlights
I was scared they would not show the replay of the KO because I was temporarily looking at my keyboard to write something to Olivier. Poor performance by Zlaticanin but what a KO! I don’t think the shot behind the head was intentional.
Agreed, Matt. He couldn’t help the shot because he had repositioned and Zlaticanin was stumbling forward from the uppercut. Leaving that aside, the KO was as beautiful as they get. Mikey is a monster-scientist in the ring and his return just what we needed!
Compared to Loma he’s a rookie scientist
What I expected.
The height and reach advantage. Zlaticanin is not a pressure fighter.
At 5’4″ he would have had to been to stand a chance.
So who will Garcia fight next?
Anyone that matters?
Mikey is one of the best fighters in the world. It’s a shame he was put on the shelf for so long. Hopefully we get to see him vs. Lomachenko some time soon!
