2 Star RatingReview by AllTheBestFights.com: 2015-10-31, fight not particularly good between Jermell Charlo and Joachim Alcine: it gets two stars.

The undefeated Jermell Charlo entered this fight with a perfect boxing record of 26-0-0 (11 knockouts) and he is ranked as the No.5 super welterweight in the world (currently the #1 in this division is Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez). He has fought once in 2015 defeating Vanes Martirosyan (=Charlo vs Martirosyan).
His opponent, the former Wba light-mw champion Joachim Alcine, has an official record of 35-7-2 (21 knockouts) but he is not ranked as he hasn’t fought since May 16, 2014 when he drew with Delvin Rodriguez (=Rodriguez vs Alcine). 1. Third week in a row a Quebecer is defeated on the international scene. Pass me the scotch and go buy another 40.

Time to call it a career for Alcine, even though he didn’t fare THAT bad. Time to step it up for Charlo

This one was the most predictable of the three though. The other two being Lemieux vs GGG and Jean vs Crawford.
