Review: 2011-07-30, Fedor Emelianenko starts strong but Dan Henderson does not seem intimidated and replies to the blows of the Russian. In the last minute of the first round Fedor Emelianenko punches Henderson with some hard shots that knock down the American but after a few seconds “Hendo” surprises Fedor with an uppercut and the referee stops the fight (probably too early). Even with a referee decision the fight was very exciting: 4 stars (third consecutive defeat of Fedor “The Last Emperor” Emelianenko). Watch the video!

Too soon. Typical Herb Dean. I want McCarthy on every big fight, but one man can only stretch so far. Fedor was def stunned, but he had rolled and put his hands up before Dean stopped it. Ridiculous.
Thats completely insane. He was, by no meens, knocked out. Hendo was on the path to the victory but damn, that was a shortcut. Fedor will be back though.
Fedor was knocked the f*ck out. He never would have been able to recover if the ref allowed the ground and pound to continue.
Good stop. Fedor went limp momentarily and was not defending himself. The ref probably saved the quality of his life 10 years from now.

DUDE you dont wait for someone to be asleep to stop the fight. he was not intelligently defending himself, and that ends the fight. period. I am a huge fedor supporter and I was glad to see that fight stopped. Idk about you but want fedor back on the canvas soon

Funny how nobody realized how much damage the knees to the thigh did to Fedor, after they broke the clinch against the cage you could see he could barely move around..Dan tried to take advanatge but it ended up on the ground & he finished it there..it started w/ the knees to the thigh though

When I first watched this fight I thought Herb called it too soon, but after seeing it again. Fedor, sadly, was out cold… Dan is a beast, and I can’t wait for him to fight the spider and kick his a*s!
