Review: 2013-05-25, even though there were four knockdowns, the fight between Dzhabar Askerov and Alim Nabiev was not so exciting: it gets two stars. Dzhabar Askerov ranked as the No.5 super welterweight in the world, entered the fight with a record of 80-30-1 while Alim Nabiev had a record of 16-4-0 (Askerov would have to face Artur Kyshenko but he was replaced by Nabiev who defeated Vyacheslav Borschev in the reserve fight). Askerov vs Nabiev is the final of “The Big 4” tournament; undercard of Aleksander Emelianenko vs Bob Sapp – Legend Fighting Show. Watch the video!

As usual Askerov did a very good fight. Mainly in this ocassion fighting with a rival much taller than him but with less experience. Win well deserved
