Review: 2014-03-15, we think 99% this is a fake: Deontay Wilder vs Malik Scott gets one star. The undefeated Deontay Wilder, 2008 Olympic heavyweight bronze medalist, entered this fight with a perfect record of 30-0-0 (30 KOs=100%!!!) and he is ranked as the No.12 heavyweight in the world, last year he fought four times winning the WBC Continental Americas heavyweight title.
His opponent, Malik Scott, has an official record of 36-1-1 (13 knockouts) and he entered as the No.35 in the same weight class, he suffered his only defeat last year when he faced Dereck Chisora for the vacant WBO International heavyweight title (=Chisora vs Scott). Wilder vs Scott is on the undercard of Danny Garcia vs Mauricio Herrera . Watch the video and rate this fight!

what ….. one punch and finish ? malik is a boxer or…?
A very fast punch from Deontay but I dont’ believe it was powerful enough to put the other guy down in such a way. The result in my opinion casting some doubts
in a previous Wilder’s post/fight someone was surprised I was not impressed by Wilder and his record….and this fight demonstrates that behind this boxer someone is building a project not very clean…I still wait to see him against a top10 heavyweight
People who have never been in the ring dont realize it doesnt have to be the hardest or cleanest shot. Sometimes its landing a punch in just the right spot, which is clearly the case here. Right on the temple with the left hook…
After reading your comment I saw the fight again but in slow motion and agree that you could be right that the left hook in the temple did the work..
Man, some people have obviously never taken a punch to the head. The Jaw is what KO’s you. A temple shot like that wont hurt much but it’ll make it near impossible to recover in time for a 10 count when you equilibrium gets rocked.
I do believe Wilder has some heavy a*s hands.
