Review: 2011-11-06, pleasant fight between Gago Drago and Bovy Sor Udomson but it is not enough to get our three stars (Shoot The Shooto 2011). Bovy defeated Drago by unanimous decision. Gago Drago, ranked as the No.10 middleweight in the world entered the fight with a record of 74-21-4 while Bovy Sor Udomson had a record of 83-43-2. Watch the video!
Review: 2011-11-06, even with two knockdowns (in the first and second round) the main event of the “Shoot The Shooto 2011” between Andy Souwer and Toby Imada was not very spectacular: two stars. Souwer defeated Imada by unanimous decision taking revenge on the Japanese since in their first fight Imada had won. Andy Souwer, ranked as the No.5 middleweight in the world, entered the fight with a record of 141-12-1 while Toby Imada had a record of 3-1-0 (in kickboxing while in mma 29-16-0). Watch the video!
Review: 2011-11-05, unfortunately the fight between Mike Zambidis and Batu Khasikov is interrupted in the middle of the first round due to a jaw fracture of the Greek. Zambidis vs Khasikov is valid for the W5 World Champion title (Zambidis had won this title against Dzhabar Askerov, 2011-04-09). Watch the video!
Review: 2011-10-28, pleasant fight with a nice and tough second round in which Yodsanklai Fairtex almost knocks down Antuan Siangboxing with a combination of punches and elbows, but Antuan (Antoine Pinto) survives and the Thai fighter wins by decision in the third round. Yodsanklai Fairtex vs Antuan Siangboxing was one of the semifinals of the Toyota Cup Marathon 2011 (Yodsanklai lost the final against Prakayseng Kaeyanghaadao). Watch the video!
Review: 2011-10-22, nice and balanced fight between Sergio Wielzen and Ruslan Tozliyan: three stars. In the first round Tozliyan knocks down Wielzen but from the second Sergio Wielzen dictates the pace and wins by unanimous decision. Wielzen vs Tozliyan was valid for the W5 World title (60kg), main fight of W5 Grand Prix Moscow. Watch the video!
Review: 2011-10-15, pleasant fight between Wendell Roche and Erhan Deniz but it is not enough for our three stars. Deniz defeated Roche by decision and won the “SuperKombat World Grand Prix IV tournament title” (in the semifinals Erhan Deniz had won Angelis Konstantinos while Wendell Roche had beaten Marian Baryla).
