2011 BOXING fight – Robert Helenius vs Siarhei Liakhovich – full fight Video
Review: 2011-08-27, even with the final knockout, the fight between Robert Helenius and Siarhei Liakhovich was boring. Helenius defeated Liakhovich by TKO in the ninth round and won the WBA and WBO Inter-Continental heavyweight titles (undercard of Povetkin vs Chagaev). Watch the video!

Review: 2010-09-11, Yuriorkis Gamboa (18-0-0) had won the WBA World featherweight title in 2009 and he had already defended his belt three times, instead Orlando Salido (34-10-2) was the reigning champion of the IBF featherweight title. In the eighth round Gamboa went down but in the last round the Cuban boxer knocked down Salido two times defeating the Mexican by unanimous decision (in the 12th round Joe Cortez deducted 2 points to Gamboa for hitting Salido while he was down). The fight Gamboa vs Salido was tough but also technical, with a high pace: one of the best boxing fights of 2010. Watch the video!
2010 best BOXING fight – Marco Antonio Rubio vs Jose Luis Zertuche 2 – full fight
Review: 2010-08-21, Marco Antonio Rubio and Jose Luis Zertuche had already fight in 2008 for the WBC FECOMBOX middleweight title and Rubio won by TKO. In this second fight, after two years, Rubio was defending his WBC Latino middleweight title and he defeated Jose Luis Zertuche again before the end of the match (technical knockout in the sixth round). Review: 2011-08-20, important victory for Fernando “Cochulito” Montiel but the fight was not very spectacular: two stars. Fernando Montiel defeated Alvaro Perez by KO in the third round; this match was the second fight for Montiel in the super bantamweight division after the defeat against Nonito Donaire (one of the best ko of 2011). Review: 2011-08-19, Tomas Rojas was defending for the third time his WBC super flyweight title and was the favourite since he was ranked as the #2 in the world (boxrec super flyweight division) while his opponent, Suriyan Sor Rungvisai, was ranked as the #16 and was at his first attempt to win a world title in the super flyweight division. The fight Rojas vs Suriyan was not very exciting even if the fighter from Thailand managed to win “Gusano” Rojas. Watch the video!
