Review: 2011-10-15, after the first fight in which Hugo Ruiz defeated Francisco Arce by unanimous decision, in this second bout Ruiz needs only four rounds to win “Panchito” Arce. In fact in the third round “Cuatito” Ruiz knocked down Arce with a nice shot and the referee stopped the fight at the beginning of the fourth. Hugo Ruiz (28-1-0) entered as the No.20 bantamweight in the world while Francisco Arce (31-7-3) entered as the No.38. Ruiz vs Arce 2 was valid for the interim WBA World bantamweight title.
