  1. As long as referees allow fighters like Liakhovich get away with their assorted bear hugs, head locks, arm locks, etc., without penalty, you’re going to have disappointing fights. To compound the felony, the ref warned Ruiz every time he tried to fight out of Liakhovich’ clinches.
