One of the most brutal fights between two warriors that I have seen in awhile. I’d never heard of Zappavigna before this bout and although it was his last, he went out proud. He also exposed some of Saucedo’s vulnerbilities as he busted him up too. I think he was desperate in the 4th because he had been gashed really badly and spent himself or else we might have had a different result although Saucedo weathered the storm and regained his composure to get the win when the Aussies corner FINALLY threw the towel in. Very bloody fight.!
What a fight!!!!!
incredible resolve and aggressive combinations . skill level high defense level not too high
You said it. A test of fury and hunger (and whose face will hold out longest) that’s straight out of the Ward-Gatti playbook. Simply amazing to watch.
Saucedo has a hell of a chin!
Legendary fight! Thank you guyz
Wow. This is some Gatti vs. Ward stuff right here. All out offense by both fighters.
Wow, the fourth round is a savage, wild thing! Red bloodfall!
Haha, good to hear from you Matt! We were going to send out the sled dogs to search. :-)
LOL! After Adonis was plunged in a coma, I lost interest. He gave an interview a few months ago, the first media appearance since the fight. He is kind of OK! He seems so much more humble. Any fight I should watch next?
