Not a great fight, but it is a useful progress report on a special prospect (officially “title holder” now, since he picked up some minor scrap in this match). Kelly has been attracting attention for his flashy hands-down style, speed and punches from angles.
Kelly won by a mile, although the ex-champ made him look a little more mortal. He’s a promising work in progress but he’s not quite Lomachenko yet, haha.
