I give this fight 5 stars. 3 for the actual fight and a bonus of 2 for the funky music between rounds :)
And an extra point for the ring girls!
Pure fun. Foolishly, Ford’s team have moved him too quickly, and after 14 boxing matches thrown him in with an accomplished technician. He’s game, but Chudinov’s a level about the Canadian’s street fighting. Yet, somehow, while giving him a boxing lesson, it’s Chudinov’s face that’s turned into hamburger. The crowning touch is Ford’s cornerman who can be heard all night long bellowing, “Don’t give up, Ryan! Don’t fall asleep! Get your f—ing head up!” I won’t even mention the world’s sexiest ring girls writhing like charmed snakes as an audience that’s almost half women stares on miserably. Twelve rounds isn’t enough!
