I’m gonna sound like a Barthelemy hater but here it is. First, I really don’t like how he keeps his chin straight up. There were quite a few moments in this fight where he could’ve been seriously hurt had Ramirez packed more power in his punches. Second, he slaps his punches way too often with his hooks. It was still an entertaining fight.
It was a good fight and a very closer one which could go either way. Anyhow, I saw Ramirez winning by 1 round because the pressure he was able to apply and his successful efforts cutting the ring making Leduan’s work very hard for his fighting style. Leduan, as usual, was trying to take advantage of his reach but to no avail, he looks slow throwing his punches and announcing most of them.
