Official highlights
Was a very good fight but from one side only. It was incredible to watch the kamikaze Japanese warrior in a full relentless attack during the whole fight in spite of receiving a cruel punishment. He has an iron chin and fierce determination but his techniques were quite poor. Hopefully he is in good shape after this brutal fight.
Cotto did really well and calmly survived the storm connecting excellent punches and combinations emulating in part what he was able to do during the best years of his boxing career. However, I guess it is time for him to go for retirement since this sport doesn’t pardon and usually carry on bad healthy consequences in future life.
