Excellent combat de style, j’ai adoré…
Horrible Ref.
Harrison was completely gassed out by the 8th. It showed in the 7th.
I don’t see him over coming this unless the erason is that he is so weight drained.
As far as Hurd goes.
He is lucky. Wont win against any top 154lber. Just doesn’t have the skills
I guess Harrison was trying to buy time after the KD by spitting his mouthpiece out. If he did so while he was down on the canevas, I think the ref wouldn’t have waved him out. Hurd was again outclassed technically in the first rounds. Hurd is now champion in a not-so-competitve division at the moment.
Charlo, Lubin, Lara, Andrade, Hatley, Hurd, and maybe Canelo enough tough competition
Maybe “competitve” was not the correct word here. By that, what I meant is that none of them seems to be amongst the elite of the sport, or at least durable champion. Except of course for Alvarez, but he’s moving up to nearly SMW for his next bout. If he decides to come back at 154 lbs after that, he’d still be the best in this division.
Charlo (Jermall): Moving up to 160 lbs, hasn’t face strong opposition at 154 lbs except maybe Trout.
Charlo (Jermell): Hasn’t beaten any significant opponent yet.
Hatley: Who?… I mean really.
Hurd: Well, my point in my initial post was that he didn’t convince me and again he hasn’t face any big name. Jo Jo Dan could be one, but the latter was way out of his league in terms of weight.
So that leaves us with two names: Lara and Andrade. I agree about these two, they’re very good, but still I’m not impressed.
tony liked me much, pity that quickly finished gasoline
