Incredible fight. Early contender for FOTY & upset of the year.
tough and all action fight both guys are fun to watch. khrtov needs to keep hands up or move his head more or both together. probably wins a rematch. alum has to conserve energy better as he’s really explosive but nothing wrong with his heart toughness grit and skills. learn a lot from these guys
Excellent fight with a lot of action from two boxers that put the best of themselves in the ring. Aleem had an outstanding performance in front of a rival with a very impressive record as a professional and amateur as well. Khytrov got a phenomenal recovery after a very bad first round (with good help from the Dr :-)) but it was so eager trying to demolishing Aleem during the following rounds that he forgot one of the main boxing principle of protecting himself. Aleem probed to be quite precise with his punches and calmly he took any opportunity available to connect them till get a successful and, in my opinion, an unexpected TKO.
A real shock, Khytrov aint got that granite East Euro beard I’m afraid.
would like to see it again for sure. 4 Stars.

The loss isnt the biggest shock but rather the lack of defense from someone they said had hundreds of amateur fights. he literally didnt do anything other than take that over hand right repeatedly till the end.

Brutal and dramatic fight!! It’s kind of an upset when you look at the rankings, but the way Khytrov fought I believe he was overrated. Though I can’t tell really, since I’ve never heard of him before anyway. And I thought Aleem looked quite bad too actually and I don’t see him climbing the top 10 of the division. That being said, both fighters showed tremendous heart and gave a very crowd pleasing slugfest!
This fight should get more than 3 stars!
