fuuuuck i had some much faith in makabu since he is the only african who represent us at this level.
He will be back, stronger than ever.
he was over confident in his chin. some work on defense with his power and hell be back he looks pretty young yet.
I’m very sorry man about this result. I was pushing also for your guy because his opponent was too arrogant.
Damn good fight.
Just updated my KO of the year so far.
too much confidence is not good. the fight was there for him to take the victory belles used experience and took his chance while makable didn’t take his chance. it will tale him a while t get a good opportunity like this but hopefully he will . he has to fight tough guy after tough guy straight away as cruiserweight is extremely tough right now
I’m pretty sure, even though that you cannot appreciate that in this video, that these guys didn’t touch gloves before starting the fight due to the evident arrogance of the English boxer. This attitude is totally against my taste therefore I was quite happy when he was knock down in the first round. In the second round he was extremely captious and trying to implement a new boxing plan that wasn’t jut relying only in his excess of confidence. Unfortunately for the African he was better boxer and with the big advantage of the abysmal existing dimensional difference.
Touching gloves? Perhaps they shold compare hanbags aswell? it’s a fight fella!
If you see after the fight, Bellew is very humble to his opponent
You are quite right he was very humble with the African after obtaining victory but not before starting the fight. Since I’m old fashioned I don’t like that sort of attitude at all. However, you should agree with me that his speech at the end wasn’t a humble one at all considering he has lost 2 times in his career. So he brag a little bit too much and act as being arrogant.
