He lost to Fang Bian last year but then he has collected three victories and one draw, winning the Glory Mw title in his last bout, against Artem Levin (=Levin vs Marcus 3).

The fight was OK with some periods of good action but nothing spectacular. In terms of experience a complete mismatch as usually happen with Glory since there aren’t enough North American kick boxers to participate on it. As expected Simon performed better showing more accuracy and connecting the best high kicks of the fight. Jacoby in spite of connecting some good punches missed a lot of them, mainly in the second round. The first knock down was called wrong but the second was good.
