Manny is a best boxer in the world and he will be recognized
as legend like Mohammad Ali and Mike Tyson. Manny is best and biggest star come out from Asia since his hero Bruce Lee. I want
to see him fight Floyd Mayweather in neutral venue for rematch. Manny had won over Floyd Mayweather but American Judges given American fighter win. I wish Manny all the best for his future as politician.
I wish him too to be a good politician which in fact is very important for the wellbeing of his people. He is a good boxer indeed who fought with all the best ones within his category but if he stay longer his record, a nice one before, will continuing deteriorating as it does since 2012. Therefore, better to retire now before is being to late to be remembered as one of the great ones. However, in my opinion, he is an aggressive fighter with good punching power that always goes ahead but technically he isn’t the best. This is one attribute that he never got, therefore it is difficult for me to compare him with Ali.
Nothing spectacular but at least in this one both boxers put a fight however with a low rate of punches thrown and connected. Manny was mainly the aggressor which was good for him since was able to knock down Bradley and make a difference in the judges cards avoiding the same fiasco that he had in his 2012 fight where he was the clear winner. He still keep the speed but his techniques are just reasonable, nothing to be impressed with, with a Bradley better in this area. Regarding the knocks down, in my opinion, the first one wasn’t valid but the second was a good one. I believe also that it is about time for Manny to think on retirement.
I agree with everything you said. At 37, Pacquiao could still fight at the highest level of competition for a few years. But at this point, his greatest achievements are behind him, his legacy is well secured and I don’t see what more he could acccomplish in boxing.
This was a fixed fight. Bradley did not fight the way he normally does. Bradley was throwing pitty pat punches and following Manny around the ring. Uncle Bob Arum has done it again. The same thing he did with Clotty he has done with Bradley. I guess when a fighter like Manny has mad you a very rich man . Why would you want to go out there and kill the goose that gave you the golden egg? Floyd Mayweather is going to kill Manny in their next fight.
Arum is a p*mp and manny is his b*tch . And it seems ok for the fans that the “great manny” fought Algieri and now as a world champion he’s fighting this Aussie kid …. SMH
