Exciting fight which surprised me because ends quite abruptly due to one of the fighter has to abandoned it.
The first part of the fight was fully leaded by Luis who did a very good work fighting at the proper distance since he was the shorter guy. He was also the stronger puncher displaying a very good body work and probed to be an elusive target moving his head continuously being the clear winner up to.
However, from round 7 he started to fade with the Japanese taking a very strong lead mainly in rounds 8 and 9. Luis was almost knock down in round 9 and quit in round 10 may be because an injury or not able to recovery.
The Japanese fighter was reasonable good. I’m surprised because all the Japanese fighters are very good connecting liver punches, i guess is the best they do.
Lastima se quedo sin fisico este De La Rosa,en una muy buena pelea que estaba dando.Bien detenida por su esquina.Taguchi?,muy permeable a los boleados de derecha que le entraron todos.Buen boxeo, mala defenza.Saludos
