Post-fight interview

Awesome combinations from Artur.
Awesome fight! ATBF you gotta give it 4 stars at least. Early FOTY candidate.
I expected (like many I suppose) Yarde to go down earlier, but he was brave and composed. Beterbiev isn’t showing signs of aging yet. Bivol should be next if Canelo doesn’t get in the way. Thank you!
Hi Olivier, we have seen a second time this match and here it is how we have rated it round by round:
1round = 3.5* stars
2r = 3.5*
3r = 3.5*
4r = 3.5*
5r = 4*
6r = 3.5*
7r = 4*
8r = 3.5*
So with just 2 out of 8 rounds rated with 4 stars, it’s not enough for us for giving four stars. Anyway, you know that every user can rate the fight in a different way, ATBF was born for this!!
Thanks for rating and continue to follow us!
Hi! Thanks for your reply. It’s all good guys. I was just thinking, if someone scrolled on your page, looking for a good fight to watch this week, I feel like this one is a cut above the rest and a 4-star rating would suggest that if there was ONE fight to watch right now, it’d be this one, in my opinion. I don’t disagree with your round by round appreciation, but sometimes I feel the ”magnitude” of a fight needs to be taken into account. Beterbiev is probably on the doorstep of the P4P top 10, Yarde is surely a top 5 LHW, and they were fighting for 3 major titles in front of a packed OVO Arena. As a comparison (though the magnitude is even greater), you also gave Mayweather-Pacquiao a 3-star rating saying: “We expected a war, an exciting and unforgettable bout between two of the best fighters in boxing history, but unfortunately Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao left something to be desired”. I feel like Beterbiev and Yarde gave all they got and delivered beyond expectations.
Thanks again!
